What curio.luxe is
An independent discovery platform and AI concierge for luxury. We surface pieces from brand boutiques, retailers and partners' affiliate feeds and link to them. We do not sell, and we are not an authorised dealer of any brand named on the site.
Pricing and availability
Prices, availability and specifications come from the retailers' and partners' pages and feeds and are re-checked on a schedule. They can change between the moment you see them and the moment you reach the retailer; the retailer's page is authoritative.
Affiliate relationships
When you buy through a link on curio.luxe we may earn a commission from the retailer or its affiliate network, at no additional cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure.
Your purchase
Any purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Their terms, returns and warranties apply. curio.luxe is not a party to the sale.
How we contact you: e-mail only, never text messages
curio.luxe does not send text messages. There is no SMS or text-messaging feature for shoppers or visitors: we will never ask for your phone number to send you offers, alerts or reminders, and we do not send marketing, promotional or transactional texts. A text that claims to come from curio.luxe is not from us; please do not act on it, and tell us at affiliates@curioluxe.net.
E-mail is the only way we contact shoppers, and only when you have asked for it.
- Opting in. Sign up for the weekly letter of partner deals on the blog, or for a price-drop or restock alert with the alert form on a product page. Nothing is sent until you sign up.
- Opting out. Stop the e-mails at any time in the "Stop the e-mails" section of the blog, or with the one-click unsubscribe link in every e-mail we send. Opting out takes effect for every list at once.
- What we keep. When you opt out we keep your address only as opted out, so that no further e-mail reaches it; signing up again restores it. See the privacy notice.
Accounts
Keep your credentials to yourself. We may close an account used to abuse the service.
Content and marks
Brand names and product images belong to their owners and are used to identify the pieces. Our own text and design are ours; you may link to any page.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AVXIM ILLINOIS INC is not liable for a purchase made from a retailer, for a retailer's page being wrong, or for indirect loss.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
